Our 10 Simple Steps To New Floors
Step 1. Fill out our form
To start, fill out our contact form with some information and pictures of your space.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
Once we receive the form, we will follow up with a phone consultation to talk more in-depth about your project, including timeline, pricing, and details.
Step 3. On-Site Consultation
We offer free on-site consultations. During this consultation, we will come to evaluate your current floors and start coming up with a design for your new, upgraded flooring.
Step 4. Sign The Contract
Once we are on the same page regarding all aspects of your project, we will sign the contract together.
Step 5. Collect deposit and order materials
Before we start the project, we will order the materials for your unique project. This is also where we will collect your initial deposit.
Step 6. Schedule Project Start
After all of the materials get delivered, we will schedule the date to start your project.
Step 7. We Get To Work
This is where the magic happens. Your vision for your floors will soon be a reality.
Step 8. Clean Up And Post-Job Walkthrough
We make sure to leave your home perfectly clean so you can waste no time getting to enjoy your new floors. Before we leave, we will do a post-job walkthrough to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
Step 9. Warranty
There is a manufacturer's warranty on all materials used for your project.
Step 10. Follow Up
One week after your project is complete, we will come back out to your home to do a thorough check on our work. We will continue to follow up via phone 1 month and 1 year after to ensure you are still loving your new floors.
