Back in 2014, I had carpeting installed throughout my entire house that I had just purchased. (2300+sq. ft, not including the basement) This installation was filled with problems that are too many to list. The business manager at the time was rude, failed to rectify the problems, and blew me off. Even the salesman refused to respond to phone calls, text messages, etc. In the end, I was left with an incomplete job, missing carpet, and a $50 gift card for my troubles. Years later, the owner, Avi Gunzburg, finally learned of the horrible installation and customer service that I dealt with. He seemed very concerned about how my situation was handled and was not happy that his business's reputation was being tainted by (ex)employees that did not meet his standards of customer service. Mr. Gunzburg personally saw to my issue being properly handled, and in collaboration with his sales manager, Andy Hixon, had brand new carpet & padding installed in two rooms of my house at absolutely no cost. I was blown away! This second install was perfect - from beginning to end. The installers were extremely polite and professional and just plain did a phenomenal job. I am remorse that I did not reach out to Mr. Gunzburg earlier because I have no doubt that he would have handled the situation in the same manner and would have not considered my job complete until I was 100% satisfied. I can not believe that despite the fact that it is now years later, Mr. Gunzburg reached out to me on his own and did everything to make it right.
